A company is looking for a Sr Manager Procurement Supplier Engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive supplier engagement program aligned with strategic goals Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with small and diverse suppliers Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and prepare regular reports for senior management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Familiarity with supplier diversity best practices and regulations Organizational skills with a sophisticated math ability for financial calculations
