A company is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Analyst (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Proactively search and identify tech talent through various channels
Manage the complete recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting tech profiles, preferably in dynamic environments
Good understanding of the tech ecosystem, including programming languages and emerging technologies
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems
Analytical mindset to assess selection data and metrics
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
