A company is looking for a Manager of Healthcare Affordability. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the implementation of affordability initiatives across all lines of business Provide detailed reporting to senior leadership on the progress and value of affordability initiatives against identified targets Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within clinical operations Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Tennessee or a participating state 7 years of experience in Healthcare Clinical Operations, preferably in the health insurance industry 3 years of leadership/managerial experience required Familiarity with healthcare affordability initiatives and best practices Proven ability to drive medical cost savings initiatives
