Senior HRIS Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist HRIS (Contract position). Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules and integrated systems Oversee data migration activities and ensure smooth integration between HR systems Develop training programs and provide ongoing support for end-users and HR staff Required Qualifications B.S. Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience 3+ years experience with HR technology platforms and systems Proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors modules Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting, Employee Central, and Reporting is highly desirable
