A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Manager to oversee daily coding functions and promote teamwork and performance excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage daily functions for the assigned area of responsibility Lead and support process and performance improvement initiatives Ensure the coding team has the necessary education and tools for quality and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or a closely related field 5 years of acute hospital-based coding experience Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPMA, CPC-H, CIRCC) Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
