Key Responsibilities Perform detailed pre-funding and pre-purchase reviews for compliance with policies and regulations Conduct post-closing reviews to validate adherence to laws and investor standards Monitor loan files for accuracy and compliance, and escalate risks with recommendations for corrective actions Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or Regulatory Compliance High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Entry level to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry and regulatory compliance obligations Entry level to intermediate knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM guidelines Entry level to intermediate knowledge of Encompass loan origination system and related integrated systems
