Texas Licensed Paralegal Trainer
A company is looking for an L&D Paralegal Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs for paralegals remotely in Texas. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain a comprehensive paralegal training curriculum and develop modular, on-demand training materials Deliver live virtual workshops and assist in recruiting guest speakers for training sessions Assess learning needs and provide ongoing support and mentorship to paralegals Required Qualifications Two (2) years of experience as a paralegal in family law or a comparable area of law Experience in designing and delivering legal training or educational programs Strong working knowledge of family law procedures and filings in at least one relevant state Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is preferred Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Adobe, and LMS platforms
