Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) in alignment with regulatory requirements Design and test interventions aimed at improving member health outcomes Analyze and interpret data to assess project effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas 3+ years in health plan quality improvement 2+ years developing and implementing PIPs 2+ years of experience with PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) cycles Solid data analysis skills with experience preparing summary reports
