A company is looking for a Senior DoD Program Manager (Senior Principal Engineer) for a part-time position. Key Responsibilities Develop strategies and executable plans to grow business lines and provide guidance to senior leaders Lead relationship development with new and existing clients and engage in direct sales activities for federal projects Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and serve as capture manager for major proposal efforts Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field from an accredited university Registered Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist in one or more US states 15+ years of experience managing remediation, site assessment, and HTRW projects 10+ years of experience managing DoD projects, particularly with the US Air Force Civil Engineer Center or US Army Environmental Command Located in San Antonio, Texas
