A company is looking for an Upstream Energy Underwriter. Key Responsibilities Underwrites new and renewal upstream energy business and evaluates risks to determine coverage terms and premiums Maintains broker relationships and collaborates across teams to manage production activities and ensure quality service Stays informed on industry trends and adjusts underwriting strategies as necessary Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Underwriting, with a preference for energy experience Must meet minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation is a plus
