Tier 1 DevOps Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Tier 1 DevOps Support Engineer (Remote/After Hours).
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours remote Tier 1 technical support to internal users and development teams
Monitor CI/CD pipeline alerts and escalate failed builds or deployment issues
Document and triage incoming issues and service requests in alignment with escalation protocols
Required Qualifications
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience providing Tier 1 IT support in an enterprise or government setting
Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools
Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation workflows
Ability to work a fixed 24-hour/week schedule during evenings, nights, or weekends
