Key Responsibilities Conduct searches on County records and review search packages, tax certificates, and surveys Run and review searches using Pacer, Patriot/OFAC, Lexis/Nexis, and DataTrace Update title commitments and review various legal documents related to title examination Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of title examiner experience in a title operation 4-year college degree Experience with title search and exam at a national scale, particularly in specific U.S. markets High proficiency in title production software and related technologies Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
