Total Rewards Program Manager
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Program Manager who will provide expertise in designing and implementing incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Advise executive leaders and HR on total rewards strategy, including competitiveness and policy changes
Develop reporting and analysis to support Total Rewards initiatives and identify creative solutions
Guide collaboration across teams and manage strategic projects as specified by the Compensation Director
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, or Incentives
Understanding of Total Rewards and Human Resources programs
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate financial, legal, and regulatory environments
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
