Bilingual Customer Service Agent
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Vietnamese).
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
Professionally respond to customer inquiries and follow up on complicated interactions
Record details of customer interactions and identify priority issues for escalation
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
1 year of call center experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of computers (navigation, typing, etc.) is required
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required)
Must reside in specific states: Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
