A company is looking for a Trademark Specialist for a 1-year contract. Key Responsibilities: Oversee trademark docketing interactions and manage documentation requests Prepare and generate various trademark reports and maintain team operations documentation Support agreement execution and manage team shared documents and inboxes Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in trademark docketing and legal formalities Notary Public certification Familiarity with DocuSign and FedEx systems Experience working outside of the US on documentation formalities preferred Strong organizational skills for managing legal files
