Training Analyst

A company is looking for a Training Analyst to conduct human performance analysis and instructional systems design. Key Responsibilities: Conduct analysis activities to identify tasks by roles/ranks using performance front end analysis Develop course content and establish performance objectives for training programs Support the implementation and maintenance of the human performance support and training system Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional systems design and course development Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting human performance analysis and training research Bachelor's degree Experience applying USCG FORCECOM training system SOPs in training development (strongly preferred) Active Government background investigation (minimum of NACI) and US Citizenship
