Treasury Manager, Capital Markets

A company is looking for a Treasury Manager, Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage workstreams for company funding requirements including credit facilities and bond issuances Support and lead global treasury projects and coordinate management reporting initiatives Monitor credit rating agency metrics and ensure compliance with debt covenants and financial reporting Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field required Master's Degree preferred 5-10 years of experience as a Treasury Manager in Capital Markets Robust knowledge of Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Revolving Credit Agreements Significant experience with financial modeling and understanding of financial statements and compliance
