Trilingual Helpdesk Technician
A company is looking for a Trilingual Helpdesk Technician - Spanish/Portuguese/English. Key Responsibilities Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems Track incidents and calls accurately in the database Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus Minimum of two (2) years completed in college or a Diploma/Certificate course Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting Prior experience in Software Application support is a plus Willingness to work in different shifts
