A company is looking for a Senior RFP Marketing Associate to manage the proposal process for various sectors. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire RFP process from receipt to submission by established timelines Compose and edit proposal documents to ensure timely and high-quality responses Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop custom responses as needed Required Qualifications BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related discipline Minimum five to seven years' experience in proposal development in retirement plan services or professional services Thorough understanding of the proposal development process and experience coordinating all facets of it Experience with content management software, preferably Upland Qvidian Proficiency with MS Office applications and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
