TX Licensed Membership Representative

A company is looking for a Membership Development Representative. Key Responsibilities Execute inbound and outbound calls to acquire new members and document customer engagements Guide prospective members through the application process while maintaining clear documentation of sales activities Collaborate with clinical and onboarding teams to support member integration Required Qualifications TX State License for General lines - life, accident, health and HMO (or ability to obtain within 2-3 weeks of hire) High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Knowledge of or experience with individual health insurance in Texas is a plus Working knowledge of Catholic Church teachings on the sanctity of life Sales or customer service experience preferred, though not required
