A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support various HR functions across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain candidate pipelines Coordinate new hire on-boarding and manage off-boarding processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred CIPD qualification preferred 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity Knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
