User Acceptance Testing Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Membership Data Integrity- User Acceptance Testing. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations for full-time and vendor staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and budget alignment Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and procedures for testing and data management Collaborate with various teams for user acceptance testing and lead investigations into complex data issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing or Data Reconciliation in the healthcare industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Experience with User Acceptance, Quality testing, or Data Reconciliation, preferably in managed care or Medicaid Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
