A company is looking for a Utilization Management Phone Representative - National Remote. Key Responsibilities Process incoming calls and maintain a log of call reasons Assist patients with referral and determination inquiries using referral management systems Input verbal referral requests and manage documentation for referral management functions Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, office, or clinic Experience with computers and Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, with potential for occasional overtime
