Vermont Licensed Choice Counselor
A company is looking for a Choice Counselor to support older Vermonters in maintaining independence through informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Assess the needs of individuals seeking assistance and provide Options Counseling for decision-making Gather and maintain accurate consumer records and ensure compliance with documentation standards Participate in outreach and marketing opportunities related to Options Counseling and disability services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, human services, or related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience working with aging and/or disability populations Knowledge of disability issues and commitment to Independent Living philosophy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently Access to a working PC or Mac with necessary software and internet connectivity
