Vice President Client Engagement

A company is looking for a Vice President Client Engagement (Payer Solutions). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of strategic clients to drive retention, expansion, and cross-/upselling Act as the primary executive liaison for senior management stakeholders, conducting impactful quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions Build and optimize processes for the Client Engagement team, proactively identifying and resolving client risks Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, or Business Development with a track record of revenue growth Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and payer dynamics, with experience in risk adjustment or quality segments preferred Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building structures and processes from scratch Strong leadership experience in mentoring and scaling Customer Success organizations Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA highly preferred
