Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture aligned with business goals
Lead a team of HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between business objectives and people strategies
Design and implement talent and leadership development programs to prepare employees for an AI-driven future
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within global technology organizations
Experience with executive-level business partnering in organizations with 600+ employees
Proven track record in workforce transformation and change management initiatives
Global experience managing sensitive employee relations matters, with knowledge of employment law in EMEA and US/Canada
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making and measuring program effectiveness
