Key Responsibilities Lead the ideation and vetting process for collective action initiatives Design collaborations into actionable initiatives with defined outcomes Secure funding and manage the launch and execution of initiatives Required Qualifications 10+ years of senior leadership experience in postsecondary success and/or workforce development Deep knowledge of the field, including funders, policy landscape, and nonprofit operations Experience in program design, continuous improvement, and evaluation Established network of partners and experience in fundraising Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders
