Key Responsibilities Establish and direct the strategic vision and objectives for the Patient Solutions department Forge collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams to optimize call center operations Conduct in-depth analysis of data and key performance indicators to implement strategic solutions for operational excellence Required Qualifications 12+ years of operational experience in revenue cycle management, including patient solutions 6+ years of experience in healthcare call center operations 4+ years of leadership experience in a Director role or above Extensive knowledge in contact center reporting and metrics Excellent project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
