Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards while providing technical support and guidance
Lead IT Asset Management projects and coach the team on technical support and troubleshooting
Analyze and develop solutions for complex IT issues impacting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Required Qualifications
Experience with help request tracking and reporting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop products, Active Directory, and basic networking
Ability to lead and train others in a technical environment
