Key Responsibilities Manage, coordinate, and implement division projects and system changes Evaluate and analyze business processes for integration into enterprise systems Provide technical assistance and data analytics support for program staff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Extensive knowledge of Human Services Programs and local department operations Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of large automated systems Experience with the full life-cycle development of information systems Knowledge of current change management methods and tools Professional Project Management (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
