Virginia Licensed Facility Security Officer

A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer to lead their security team and manage the industrial security program. Key Responsibilities Lead the security team to ensure compliance with government regulations, including 32 CFR 117 Manage security education, training, and the Insider Threat Program in accordance with government requirements Conduct self-inspections, security reviews, and manage associated security platforms Required Qualifications Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of additional work experience in lieu of a degree Experience with DISS, NISS, and other industrial security applications Completion of DCSA (CDSE) FSO Program Management course and ITPSO training within six months of employment
