Virginia Licensed Human Resource Manager
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations
Manage legislative, budgetary, operational, and strategic planning processes for the HR division
Provide strategic counsel to executives and support to Local Departments of Social Services
Required Qualifications
Considerable experience in executive-level Human Resources consulting and organizational development
Extensive experience in leadership roles within Human Resources
Experience in fiscal management and resource allocation
Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, policies, and relevant laws
Professional Human Resources certifications preferred
