The designer should be able to understand the thought behind the copy and design the collaterals for various mediums including print, OOH and digital media; making it relevant to the ongoing trends. The person must be open to feedback, should have a decent turn around time and should be open to research and upgradation as per the industry standards.An experience of 2 years and above would be preferable
