Voice of the Customer Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst Voice of the Customer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in survey development, deployment, and data analysis for the Voice of the Customer program
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Participate in planning and execution of new initiatives impacting Advisory and coordinate with departments on various projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with MS Excel, including functions like vlookup and pivot tables
Desire to learn and use Qualtrics, Salesforce, and Tableau software
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance requirements
