Voucher Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Voucher Processing & Redemption Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Review voucher applications for eligibility, data accuracy, and compliance with guidelines in a high-volume environment Accurately enter and manage application data in processing systems and maintain up-to-date records Communicate with external stakeholders regarding application status and provide customer service support Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, environmental science, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, data processing, or customer service Experience in grant management or voucher processing programs is a plus Proficiency in program management tools including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software Knowledge of incentive landscape and policies is desired but not required
