VP of Growth
A company is looking for a VP of Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all sales and revenue operations, including new business, account expansion, and channel partnerships
Manage a team of Account Managers, a Channel Manager, and an External Salesperson, providing leadership and accountability
Oversee the external sales function, respond to RFPs, and define the channel strategy to drive new revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading sales, account management, and channel teams in a digital agency or technology services company
Expertise in CMS and eCommerce, particularly with Shopify and enterprise solutions
Experience in strategic sales leadership, including building sales teams and driving process improvements
Strong client relationship skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
Experience collaborating with marketing teams to integrate sales and marketing efforts
