Key Responsibilities Facilitates evidence-based curriculum and group discussions on ICF core competencies Provides coaching mentor feedback to assist participants in attaining their ICF ACC credential Collaborates with management and team members to address atypical situations and promote continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, human resources, or related fields ICF Certification at PCC or MCC level 5 or more years of virtual facilitation and training experience Proficient in educational technology platforms and common software packages Experience applying distance-learning and adult-learning principles
