A company is looking for a Processing Manager to oversee the pre-processing team and ensure exceptional customer service and file quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the pre-processing team and manage the loan pipeline Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation for loan approval Verify and deliver complete loan packages to the Senior Processor for initial underwriting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations preferred Previous experience with Encompass 360 Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows
