Washington Licensed RN Care Manager

A company is looking for a RN Telephonic Care Manager - Bilingual (Korean or Chinese). Key Responsibilities Telephonically assess members' needs across various domains to maintain optimal wellness Evaluate and guide members and families towards appropriate resources for care and wellbeing Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address members' physical, environmental, and psycho-social health issues Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (R.N.) license with no disciplinary action Must hold an active Washington nursing license and be a Washington state resident Bilingual in English and Korean or Chinese, with the ability to pass a language proficiency test Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing and 3 years of clinical nursing experience Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft and Excel
