Washington Licensed Scheduling Analyst
A company is looking for a Scheduling Analyst (REMOTE) for Washington only.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement workforce management strategies and templates
Analyze trends related to call handle time and volume to improve forecasts and plans
Maintain staffing requirements and manage HR-related activities to support compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
Expert level experience in call center operations, processes, and procedures
Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
