Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs Analyze trends related to call handle time and call volume to improve forecasts and plans Maintain headcount requirements and propose staffing solutions to ensure compliance Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies Expert level experience in call center operations and analytics Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma or PMI Certification
