Washington Peer Recovery Specialist
A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient engagement and assist in identifying barriers to recovery
Educate patients on community resources and facilitate care transitions
Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members, reporting on patient progress
Required Qualifications
Active peer certification in Oregon or Washington State
Minimum of 2 years of experience in peer support and recovery from substance use or mental health disorders
Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
High degree of trustworthiness and professionalism, with compliance to HIPAA regulations
Ability to connect patients with local recovery resources
