Oregon Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient engagement and assist in identifying barriers to recovery
Educate patients on available community resources and facilitate care transitions
Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members, providing support and reporting on patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active and in good standing peer certification in Oregon or Washington State
Minimum of 2 years of experience in peer support and 2 years of personal recovery experience
Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
High degree of trustworthiness and professionalism, with a focus on patient confidentiality
Ability to connect patients with local recovery resources and support services
