A company is looking for an HP Executive Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and implement employee strategies for change management and engagement
Provide strategic HP support aligned with business initiatives and growth plans
Consult with leaders on succession planning, job design, and workforce development strategies
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a related field and five years of professional-level experience in human resources
Bachelor's degree preferred
Recognized human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
Experience in interpreting personnel policy and managing employee issues
Continued pattern of learning and growth in career
