Washington State Licensed CPA Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant. Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including monthly close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations Develop and implement scalable accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency Prepare and present monthly financial statements and performance analysis to senior leadership Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required 3+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or a senior role Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite Experience with year-end audit coordination and tax compliance requirements
