Wisconsin Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a SHP Customer Service Representative I (Remote Option within member service area).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure positive customer interactions with Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace members
Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Two years of customer service experience is required
Experience in high-pressure situations is preferred
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration is preferred
State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license is optional
