Workday HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst (Contract) to support their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday modules to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues
Develop and generate standard and custom advanced reports for various functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience working with Workday, particularly in HCM, payroll, benefits, or compensation modules
Analytical skills with the ability to create custom reports
Workday Certification(s) in HCM and Reporting preferred
Experience with Workday integrations and project management skills are a plus
