Workday Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, People Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall Workday roadmap and strategy, aligning system improvements with business priorities
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into practical Workday solutions
Lead hands-on configuration and enhancement of Workday HCM modules and manage the full deployment cycle
Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including system configuration and reporting
Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects
Strong understanding of HR processes and system requirements
Experience with system integrations and data management
Strong project management and organizational skills
