Workflow Design Specialist
A company is looking for a Workflow Design Specialist who will create and maintain contact center scripts to enhance client and agent satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and edit client-specific contact center scripts and process maps
Conduct quality assurance testing for new scripts and enhancements
Collaborate with leadership to analyze and improve script effectiveness based on feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, technical writing, computer science, or a related field
Experience in healthcare, contact centers, and technical writing is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to learn and explain detailed business processes
Experience with editing and adhering to technical style guides
