Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal investigations, independent reviews, and environmental pulses
Conduct effective interviews utilizing investigative techniques
Summarize investigative findings in a comprehensive, concise format
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience with the process of investigating and resolving workplace relations cases
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and government regulations
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Additional years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred
